Conditions existing for the purchase of Frozen Semen:

Frozen Semen must be used within 12 months from perchase date and pups must be born within the 12 month period. No Refund or Return will be given after 12 months. 

Conditions of Bitch not in whelp (commonly known as a miss): Stud Master must be notified within 3 days of whelping date. Stud Fee will be refunded less $500.00 or return given (subject to availability) if notified within the 3 day period. Therafter no return or refund will be given.
